Maintenance
As a preventative maintenance client of BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC, CLIENT will automatically become a preferred Client. This entitles Clients to a reduction in labour on all work except what is outlined in this contract agreement.
CLIENT will also receive BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC 24-Hour emergency services, 365 days per year including Holidays.
The goal of BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC service is to provide a 2-hour response time to all preferred CLIENT PASTE PLANT 1 AND 2 Emergencies.

TERMS OF CONTRACT
The Owner acknowledges to securing the services of Bahrain Hydraulic to provide total and complete inspection, maintenance, repair of hydraulic systems which is located at CLIENT. BHC acknowledges the acceptance of the responsibility of maintaining the aforementioned system in the manner described as follows:
INSPECTION
BHC shall inspect and service the hydraulic system within the Period of the date of the contract is executed and every year thereafter till the expiry date.
BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC Preventative Maintenance shall be performed by qualified personnel, directly employed or supervised by CLIENT, to keep your equipment operating at maximum efficiency”.
BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC Preventative Maintenance shall be performed in accordance with a prepared program of standardized maintenance routines applied to your equipment.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC shall make any and all repairs to the Hydraulic systems that are required during the term of this contract. These repairs shall include leakages from piping, valves, pumps and other component parts thereof.
All required seal kits and components to be supplied by CLIENT.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Normal working hours are defined as 7:00 am to 400 p.m. Sunday through Thursday inclusive, excluding holidays. (Or as per CLIENT requirement)
EXCLUSIONS:
If required, the handling, removal and/or disposal of hazardous and/or contaminated material requiring special handling methods or disposal in specific or special dump sites is not included in this contract.
A heavy-duty padlock(s) will be installed by BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC where ever necessary s to prevent unauthorized access to the system settings. Keys for the lock(s) will be kept by the Owner and by BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC.
EMERGENCY REPAIR RESPONSE
BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC will provide emergency service to address any problems associated with the system (s). Reasonable travel time (one hour) must be allowed for the repair personnel to reach the site.
WORK PLACE
CLIENT to provide separate area for BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC personnel in the plant, for exclusive use and keep their tools etc.
BAHRAIN HYDRAULIC will deploy highly skilled hydraulic Technicians for the period of contract.

General Scope of Work :
Preventive maintenance tasks for a hydraulic system could include the following:
• Change the return or pressure hydraulic filter
• Obtain a hydraulic fluid sample
• Filter hydraulic fluid
• Check hydraulic actuators
• Clean the inside of a hydraulic reservoir
• Clean the outside of a hydraulic reservoir
• Check and record hydraulic pressures
• Check and record pump flow
• Check hydraulic hoses, tubing, and fittings
• Check and record voltage reading to proportional or servo valves
• Check and record vacuum on the suction side of the pump
• Check and record amperage on the main pump motor
• Check machine cycle time and record.
Scope as mentioned in the RFQ
1 Inspect all hydraulic and pneumatic lines in the area and identify leaks
2 Tabulate the leakages found in the specified template
3 Arrest leakages on shutdown day.
4 Cleaning and Upkeep of all Hydraulic systems, CLIENT will provide labour.
5 Painting of Tanks and pipelines
6 Installation of new piping.
7 Hydraulic oil change
8 Flushing, connection of filtration machine.
9 Other routine jobs related to pneumatic and hydraulic system
